Ingredients:
- 3 cups of Corn Chex
- 3 cups of Rice Chex
- 3 cups of Wheat Chex
- 2 cups of pretzel sticks
- 2 cups of mixed nuts
- 1 stick of butter ( maybe a little more if needed)
- 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees, and line 2 baking pans/trays with aluminum foil
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all Chex mixes, pretzel sticks, and nuts
Try not to eat to all the Chex mixture before baking.
- In a microwave safe bowl add remaining ingredients(butter, Worcestershire, garlic, seasoned salt, and onion powder)
- Microwave until butter is melted and stir ( about 1 and 1/2 minutes give or take)
- Dip 1 piece of Chex mix into sauce to see if any seasoning needs to be added (very important step)
- Toss into cereal mixture, stirring as you go
- Transfer to baking pans and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes of so
- Let cool and store in air tight container and ENJOY!!!
